Sarah teaches trainees in horticulture in her garden. This started with three trainees from the Women’s Farm and Gardening Association who each spent a year working in the garden 15 hours a week under her instruction. The training covered all aspects of domestic gardening and prepared them to go on to take professional positions in private or public gardens. For the past three years Sarah has worked with a student from Lapwing Suffolk for one day a week who has flourished beyond measure. He is a skilled and sensitive gardener and an absolute joy to work with.
Sarah is happy to run workshops on request on any aspect of gardening where help and advice is needed.
